Hi! I'm Logan.
I am creative individual who loves photography and people. If you're searching for a photographer, send me a message! I'd love to meet you.
If you're still deciding, take your time and look around! Here is some info to help you get to know my life and who I am for the time being. You can reach out whenever!
About Me
I'm also a physician & researcher
I earned my medical degree and moved to Boston in summer 2022. I work at Massachusetts General Hospital, where we build artificial intelligence ("machine learning") technology for surgery. Sound nerdy, I know. But I love it!
I grew up on a farm
I grew up on a family farm in rural Ohio. We raise black angus cattle, chickens, soy beans, corn, and (recently) even honey bees.
I was a college athlete
I played rugby at Brigham Young University and loved it. We got to play great teams from all over the country and had a blast. We even won a national championship in 2015, and finished national runners-up in 2016!
I speak Korean
I lived in Seoul, South Korea for two years as part of a missionary experience. I love kimchi, Korean culture, and am ALWAYS game for Korean BBQ. During the time I was there, I learned to read, write, and speak in Korean.
I'm a woodworker
When I was a medical student, I even started a handmade furniture business called "Blackwood Studios.". We made custom live edge dining tables, which are tables made from a dried tree slab. I made the one in this picture, in fact!
I like to travel
I try to see and learn about other people and cultures as much as I am able. In addition to the two years I lived in Korea, I've also done global health work in sub-Saharan Africa and the Himalayas. I've been to 30 countries total so far, and hope to see many more!
So that's me!
Hopefully now you have an idea of my personality and who I am. I'm a personable and relatable individual.
If you're interested in working together but hesitant to hire a stranger (AKA me), you're not alone. In fact, most people are wary of doing business online. That's why when you fill out a contact form, the first thing I do is reach out to introduce myself. I'm happy to answer your questions and can provide a free quote, no strings attached and no pressure to book anything. People have historically appreciated this, since you never know who you can trust online until you meet them in real life. :)
So say hi! If you're curious or interested about working together, send me a message. (It's okay if you don't know how to describe your idea - I'll help you conceptualize it.) It's the first step toward making your idea come to life in beautiful fashion. Just click this button:
